Hi my name is Charlotte Shaw-Uran, I was born and raised in a salon!

I have been doing hair for 43.5 years. I went to school in 1976 and immediately started working in my mothers salon along side my sister Charlene, at Shawnee's Salon (bryan,oh) that was started in 1959!

I worked at my mothers salon up until I sold out in 2015 then I found The Upper Cut and it has been my hair home ever since! I've always loved doing hair and making men/women/children of all ages feel good. My favorite services are perms and haircuts, but I can do it all!

I have been married to my highschool sweetheart since 1974, we have 2 wonderful sons

-Christopher a teacher in Cincinnati and his 4 children

-Then Matthew a retired state trooper, and his wonderful wife Kylee their 2 sons.

When im not at salon you can find me supporting my grandsons.

We love going to our grandsons baseball/ football games and 4H events
